I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at US Marine Corps (Montgomery, AL) in Jun 2013
Interview
Lengthy physical and many questions. First you are screened and given a test to see if you meet the mental qualifications of enlistment. You go through a series of physical screenings and are asked numerous questions about drug history and criminal history. Once you are complete you sit in the delayed entry program until it is time for you to ship to recruit training. Recruit training is physically and mentally demanding but if you do what you are told you will succeed and become as US Marine.
