Interview
There is not an interview process to become a pilot. Simply follow the testing and schooling process and perform well enough to continue to a fleet replacement squadron and eventually make it to the fleet.
Process involves getting a four year college degree, and getting accepted into the aviation program. Acceptance is based on performance in college. Choice of major does not matter, don't let ROTC or Academy pressure you into a major that you'll hate. The first F-18 pilot I met was an agricultural major, not engineering.
