Interview
Based on my previous qualifications, they asked me some basic questions regarding business processes and Lean Six Sigma. I met with the Director and also the Level I manager and his deputy. I was then shown around the campus and met with a lot of other individuals who I might be working with.
Go to a recruiter's office to discuss options with a college degree? Do you have any medical issues that might preclude you from joining the service? Are you ready to make a multi-year commitment?

Pretty straight forward. There are aptitude exams for aviation. Good grades and 20/20 eyesight go a long way. The amount of openings during the year can wary wildly.
