Was a pretty lengthy process, not sure if that is typical or was due to being over the holidays. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Questions were mostly about your experience and achievements. Interview was broken up into a virtual session and then a final round in-person interview with a skills test and round table with the manager. We were asked to shoot them having a meeting and a portrait, with their camera equipment. They seemed very excited and impressed during the interview. The next day we got an email that they had decided not to hire anyone for the position. I think the most disappointing part was no explanation was really given otherwise.
