Easy interview
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2016
Interview
My process took about 2 1/2 months. It all started with my online application in March 2016. After filling out my application I was directed to take a personality test soon after, and once I finished the personality test I was able to schedule my 473 exam. I took my exam(1 weeK later) and had my results via email before I reached my car. I scored a high 79. Everything is communicated via email. I received an email mid April from GIS to do a background check. A week after that I received another email to take a drug test. Not until early May I received the email for the interview. The interview process took about 4 hours. It was a large group that sat in a conference room getting the briefing of the duties as a CCA. We had speakers telling how flexible you have to be, driving records, criminal background etc. Based on the speakers from the briefing about 50 people walked out before the interviews had started. The remaining people were asked to verify things on their application and then later called for the interview. The interview was pretty easy and straight forward. A week after my interview I was offered the position and I accepted. A week after accepting the position I was emailed to come in and do the final paperwork.
