I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Spring Green, WI) in Mar 2016
Interview
I submitted my resume on a Saturday. On Sunday evening I received an email telling me I was eligible to take an online exam. I did that on Sunday evening. Shortly after, I was emailed again telling me I had passed the exam and I needed to go to a testing center to take another exam. I took the second exam on Monday and received the results before I even left the parking lot. On Wednesday I was called in for an interview. On Friday I was called and told I was hired.

Question 1
If I thought I saw a carrier steal a package or money from an envelope, what would I do?
No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
