Group interview inorder weed out the weak by saying forget about 8 hrs a day 10 12 hrs everyday working 7 days a week tried to keep only the ones that were willing to go the extra effort in order to work for the organization the went to an interview of 2 at a time

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
