Interview
After you take the test required for the position you applied for, your score will automatically be placed on a list. The hiring manager calls candidates in order of test score. When she reaches your score you are then invited to an interview where they ask you very simple mostly yes or no questions and you are subsequently sent a background check and drug test. Upon successfully completing both you will receive a letter or email regarding your start date.

100% online, you take a test and provide background information. After a few days you’ll get an email that will let you know if you’ve passed or not. After that you schedule an in person finger printing appointment. After finger printing you’ll have orientation

Went pretty quickly. Was an open house and applications were done onsite as well as initial paperwork. There were a lot of pepper there. It was around the holidays and there is always a big need around that time. We did our applications and assessments and filled out paperwork.

The entire process was straight forward. There were two online tests and both were simple and short. Both can be completed in thirty minutes. An approval email was received in three days and a detailed job description was provided in the acceptance note.
