Interview
The application process starts with an on-line application. You are then invited to take the exam. The exam has very short time, so you have to hurry. The most difficult portion of the exam is the memory section at the end. Practice memorization techniques.
After you pass the exam, you can get an interview. The questions are not difficult and the answers are obvious. The score on the exam is the most important factor in the hiring process from what I understand.

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
