Got an interview invite two weeks ago, the office looked very clean and not to old. The people were very nice and helpful. It was 25 of us in the room, they explain about CCA then watched a movie about it, then after we did the interview. It wasn't bad at all

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.
There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

Interview
There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
