Application
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
The whole process up to an interview date took about 4-5 weeks. I took the home version of their postal service test during week one. I was then invited to take the proctored version of the test week 2. Received a passing grade on both tests. Was sent an email saying I had to take a background check with the USPS contracted verifying agency. Received another email letting me know that I had to set up a date to take a drug test within 5 days. Set up to take the drug test the next day. Waited about 10 more days(this was the longest part of the whole process thus far) until I was notified via email of upcoming scheduled interview date.

Interview
No inter view all online. The application very easy to complete and instant job offer. Easiest job I have ever applied to. Going through the background check process currently now
Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
