1st interview was a zoom with the direct manager and off the bat started with questions and no overview of the position or company. Not super difficult questions but didnt ask me to tell them about myself
Phone interview then in person. Super laid back and chill. Maybe the job pool is limited in this field of work. They don’t care about being eccentric and or makeup / loud colors clothing. I was able to be myself without feeling judged which was nice for a change

If you were a boardgame maker what game would you develop for fun
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at USAopoly (Carlsbad, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
Saw the job posted on both Indeed and LinkedIn, applied, then was contacted a week later.
Did a Phone Screen with The Hiring Manager, then a few days later he scheduled a Video Call with another team member and The CFO.
They spent a lot of time explaining what they were looking for, which was someone long term to take over for The HM who would be retiring end of year, but asked about my own background and standard situational and behavioral questions.
