There was four rounds of interviews, one with the recruiter, two sales managers, and a “panel” of higher up managers including HR. Included a role play and very hard to answer, non applicable behavioral questions with no real answer. Reason for not moving forward is lack of “readiness” but they harped on an all inclusive training regiment that was best in class. Guess not. This job is essentially cold calling medium sized businesses which isn’t exactly rocket science. Seems to me everything is micromanaged to a tee here and a real old school attitude towards sales.
