Interview
I initially had a phone interview with the hiring VP. She was very nice and really helped me understand the position. There were pretty general interview questions. I then had a skype interview followed by a phone call/role play with a higher up on the east coast. They also had me speak with a current employee. It was a good experience.

Interview was very thorough and just as much as the company was interviewing me, I felt that they gave me many opportunities to interview them. I felt like I had a good understanding of the business goals and vision to be able to determine if it felt like it would be a good match.

Many robust questions regarding the description of the position, the expectations of the position, and if it continues to feel aligned for my abilities.
If you are experienced in the industry & not shy in front of new people. You will ACE the interview process. Just focus on some insurance buzz words. Also find some common ground.
