      Digital Media Coordinator Interview

      16 Aug 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Irvine, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at USIM (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2015

      Interview

The process was fairly easy to follow. The Executive Assistant reached out to me to set up a phone interview with her, and that was scheduled within the first three days of reaching out. A few days later, I was offered an in-person interview with the department head at the agency, where we had a 15 minute conversation about the company and the position as a whole. Then spent 45 minutes taking personality/skills tests. The final interview was with my direct supervisor, where I was able to discuss more details about the role I was applying for. This was very informative, and I seemed to be the final decision for hiring me. This overall process was about 2-3 weeks, and was easy to communicate to HR.
