Asked about summer Internship program at Career fair, they set up an interview at the school the next day. A week later, they called asking for a second interview at the mill in Pittsburg CA. A couple weeks later I went through a tour of the mill, then 3 consecutive 1-on-1 interviews with various supervisors/managers, non-technical questions. ME's had 4 interviews. Follow up was fast and everyone was very friendly.
