I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UScellular (Des Moines, IA) in Jan 2009
Interview
My interview process strated by filling out different forms and questionaires sent by the company to make sure I was a good fit for their culture. I also had to do a drug test. This was followed by a 1:1 interview. This process was about 2-3 weeks and I was offered a position about 2 weeks later.
