I met up with one interviewer who would be my direct supervisor if hired. We met at a local area coffee shop and sat in a quiet secluded table area. The interviewer introduced himself, the company, and then went into detail of the position and the tasks associated with the position. As he explained specific tasks relating to the position, he would ask me if I had experience relating to that task and I would elaborate with past experiences. The interview environment was very relaxed and was a general two-way conversations throughout; the best interview process I’ve experienced in my 20+ years in this industry.
