Interview
I applied online, and then got an e-mail from on the the faculty to invite me take a tour about his lab. The interview was ok, it was not like normal industry interview, he just explain what their research focus will be and ask about my future plan. Overall it was a pretty good experience.
I came in for an in-person behavioral interview, which was conducted by the head of operations of the department I would be joining. My would-be manager also sat in for the interview, but the head of operations was the one asking questions.

Interview
Easy, department knew what they were looking for. Only had to do a single interview and was offered the job. Didn't have to do much more besides write thirty words minimum on this post.
easy going, like a tour and was great to meet with all the other workers and really learn about everything that they did as opposed to just being told, which was an amazing process and really interactive
