The interview process was lengthy (about 3 months) until my official start day, but it was all on HR. For some reason, they seem to move It was definitely worth it in the end.

Interview
Interviewed for Clinical Research Coordinator position in Department of Neurology. Department seemed to consist of unconnected and disunited teams. Very inappropriate interview process, as the organization’s benefits and my age were the primary topic for interviewers. Would not recommend submitting references or proceeding with interviews unless you are highly confident with team (personal relationship or connection with team member).
They were very nice. I thought I had nailed the interview however, I guess they decided to go another way. It seems like it would be a nice place to work Though, UT southwestern is a reputable company
