The Interview process was positive. The employment verification process is thorough, therfore it can sometimes delay the hiring process . The interview was conducted by phone and virtual . The interview questions were project related and some related to managerial skills and character.
It was fairly simple and straightforward. had no issues and it all depends on the college and position you are applying for. The Zoom application was used for the interview process so i recommend downloading and being familiar with the software first. Dress professionally and be professional through out the interview.
