Initial round was a basic telephonic round by HR Executive, second round was 1:1 with the functional head where they completely identify the dkill set of a person.
Third round was with HR Manager to understand the policies of the organization & KRA of the employee.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UTL Technologies (Hyderābād)
Interview
You have to contact the company for any opening that your interested and they will reply back if they have one. I was searching for a job and contacted them and they responded by setting a first roung technical interview and second round war HR. In the first round the test your basics start from easy and gradually increasing the level. Once you have cleared the first round mostly your accepted. second round is a formality of HR where they will talk about the company and its plans and do negotitions to conclude. After that they send you a offer letter to accept.
