Had three separate interviews. First one with one of the managers established what they were about and what my experience was. Second one was barely five minutes of... nothing substantial at all after waiting five minutes for the interviewer to arrive after the scheduled time. He didn't know what the rate of pay was, which was rather disconcerting. Third one was where the president boasted that they had 120 training videos and that most people who had worked in menswear before didn't make it at UWM. That sounded like a problem with them, not the applicants. Oh, and I learned that I was not applying to be a full time, commissioned salesperson as I was led to believe, but as a part time sales assistant. I had an extensive experience and education in menswear, it was insulting. Red flags abounded. I was called and said I got the job... at $12 an hour with no commission. I politely declined, telling them I had just received a much better offer doing similar work.
