The writing test was excessive. HR was organised. The narrative team seemed to only have experience with games writing and not from other media. The terms and conditions of the office based nature of the role were made clear from the beginning.

First I had a quick phone interview with a recruiter where they asked the usual questions. Why are you suited for this function etc. Then there was a skype interview with the employer where more in-depth questions were asked, followed by a competence test. The whole process was dragged on for months and don't expect to hear if you've been rejected or not, they just left me hanging and stopped replying to my messages.
