Applied through referral, had phone screen to which the recruiter said they’d get back to me on X date. Long story short they never followed up even after countless follow ups I sent to the recruiter.
Easy screening call, then hiring manager interview with technical questions. Everyone was very friendly, and the process was quick. They asked how I felt about using AI in my work.
