I was called in for an interview a week after I had applied. The manager seemed like she didn't care and didn't want to do the interview. She seemed unsure of herself which made the interview very awkward. She didn't make it clear whether or not I got the job but said I did in a very weird way.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
