Very casual quick interview. I was asked how I would respond to an unhappy customer, how I would make someone's experience good, things like that, and then just had the position explained to me.

What was a time you've made a customer's experience great at a past job?

Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
