It consisted of three interviews and a phone screen . Store level interview with manager , district partner interview with services leader, district manager interview last. Phone screen with recruiter before hand was Standards questions.
Interview with the services district manager and company district manager. Took about three days for job offer. Questions based around sales and Human Resources. Coaching and leadership skills, and sales acumen.
