Very wonderful experience manager was really cool and laid back but professional at the same time. I was surprised with how much I enjoyed talking to her and you could tell she loved working for ulta. Hopefully I get the job. Was told I will get a call back next week.
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
