First, I received a call letter in the mail, followed by a telephonic interview, then an online interview. This was basically a panel interview where a domain specialist and HR were present. Afterward, I received a selection response from HR.

2-3 subjective questions like what do you know about HR Operations, what are the PF understanding you have, what are the contribution percentages and 1-2 basic questions like why do choose HR and why do you want change?

The recruitment process for the RTR Associate position was structured and professional. It began with an initial HR screening call to verify my MBA Finance background and experience. This was followed by a technical round focused on the Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle, journal entries, and Excel proficiency. Finally, a manager round discussed my role expectations and relocation to Pune
Application screening, technical interview, HR interview, document verification, final offer and medical check. Focus on civil basics, QC knowledge, practical experience, and communication skills. Emphasis on safety, quality control, and site experience.
