The process was overall very professional and friendly. It was genuinely a nice experience. The interview process was divided into 3 separate stages. The initial one was a call with the hiring manager. Then an in-person interview with the hiring manager and recruiter after which I was given a case to work on (the amount of effort I put in was purely my choice). And the last interview was the case presentation with both the recruiter and hiring manager as well as the COO, who joined in the second half of the interview. The hiring "committee" was very considerate and open and allowed me to reschedule the second interview very last minute, since I was feeling rather unwell.
