Fill out application online. Record online interview answering pre interview questions. Come in for real interview. Hired on the spot. Drug test and background check is last step. The whole process was very easy but spanned over about one month. I had to call back frequently to check on the status.

Interview
It was an easy interview but honestly I wish I had declined the offer because the interviewer was EXTREMELY RUDE to me but I really needed a job so yeah. The interview are one and one and the questions are pretty basic as long as you have relevant experience you'll get an offer.
2 interviewers asking questions back & fourth. Call back same day. Training on computer a few days later. They tell you which airline contract you’re working with. Security/background screening at airport for badge. They call you with your schedule a week later.

Interview was very relaxing, super short and very basic questions, asked hours available to work, how many hours per week I wanted to work, why did I want to work at the airport, etc
