Very fast turnaround time. I had a pleasant experience throughout the whole thing and thought I connected with each person I spoke to. Kind of sucks they make you go through an online assessment, 2 phone interviews, and then an in-person with at least 4 different ppl (around 2hrs) only to tell you that your skill set doesn’t align. Maybe they should be more critical in determining a candidate’s qualifications in the early stages of the process to save more time on everyone’s part? I had such a positive experience but then I got the rejection two days later. It was like ripping a bandaid off really fast though, at least I’m prepared for my other interviews!
