Interview was conducted by the department manager. Since assistant sales manager is an entry level position, questions were quite simple: past working experience, say something about yourself, work and salary expectations etc. My English and Italian language knowledge was tested as well (both written and spoken). Had to also solve a basic calculation of one hotel reservation (total cost of the stay), and reply to a customer complaint.
