Met with Talent Acquisition manager for initial screening, call with hiring manager, challenge task and panel interview. However they ghosted after all of that they also require much more from the JD than the benefits but to ghost at the final stages is very poor practice and off putting to future candidates

One screening call with TA and then a single final interview with 2 senior staff. Typical questions about my experience and motivations. Then a roleplay, being a BDR at Unily. Did this twice to see how well I took on feedback from first one.

Interview process was transparent and straightforward. Everyone was extremely genuine and honest about the timeline of things. Felt like the employer and everyone on the team had the right intentions.
