Interview took 4 weeks. I was submitted by a IT staffing company to them, it was a telephonic round first and second in about 1 week, followed by 3rd face to face after 3-4 weeks even that after repeated queries. Things to note: 1. It was for Union Bank NA downtown LA. 2. They conducted 2 telephonic rounds of interview and after 2nd said that we will revert back. 3. After repeated queries from staffing company after 3-4 weeks they asked for a full day interview (9:30-3:30) at their location. 4. And then after a full day interview they never responded back with a Yes/No. 5. You will be interviewed at all levels, starting from a junior developer to a Vice President in total 6 rounds with each time pretty much same questions (some difference as per designation of interviewer anyway) This is so unprofessional. I did not worked for a day (as i was contracting), thus lost my day's salary for 'no response' from them. I don't understand that why these companies don't ever revert back with an answer. Atleast say NO with a reason. Someone is not so free to waste this much of time for not having an answer eventually. And yes, please note they don't validate your parking. So you have to spend $40 to park in their building even if you are there for an interview and ofcourse you need to spend something for your lunch as well. So think before giving them a shot, it will cost you easily $500+ and a day for a no response.

15 min Phone Interview followed by hour long in person. Managers interviewed in the in person inteview and asked basic questions about my background and what I have done. Then explained their expectations. After that I had an in person interview with 2 managers and one Sr developer. They asked Java questions in that as well and were very much interested in knowing what I know and can bring to the table
