The recruiting process took about 4 weeks from start to finish. Initially, I had a phone interview with Talent Acquisition Solutions (TAS). The recruiter walked through my resume and we discussed my qualifications and what I was looking for in a job. We did not discuss the actual duties of the job beyond what was posted on the website. I then interviewed with the SR. VP of ER on the phone (1 hour) and then received a call back to meet with the SR VP of ER in the corporate offices in SF. I also interviewed with two other ER staff. I received a job offer the next week.
