Interview process at Union Bank was relatively straighforward. The process started with 2 phone screen interviews. That was followed by a day of in person interviews with 4 people. All of the in person interviews were conducted 1:1; the questions were mostly about past experience. I feel that the position wasn't accurately represented in the interview. I would suggest asking to speak with some of your potential colleagues before accepting a position.

The interview process has changed for the company in recent years, but I have not gone through a formal one myself. The job interview for an opening was for an internal transfer position, so the interview process was less formal.
