COVID-19 affected the entire process.
The interview process was all done virtually.
Human Resource schedules the interview and tries to work it in with the schedule of the Branch Manager and the Regional Manager.
The interviewers run on a short time window which made the interview nerve racking.

Interview process was really good and informative. The process with the manager and district manager was very human. I felt very comfortable interviewing with the talent acquisition. Time frames for interviewing was great.
