Unorganized, poor communication, too general with overview of job/projects, no feedback, difficult to understand the interviewers. I think they were interviewing me for a different job than the for which I applied.

The entire process was smooth. I was pleasant and comforting. Recruiting made it easy and stayed in touch. She was easy to reach and talk to. I genuinely felt everyone cared.
