Want to know if you can work on call 24/7 365. Tell you you will have no life outside of the railroad. Pay and benefits are excellent. Travel is required. Training is a pass or your fired process and takes five to six months

A few video questions. Very simple stuff, they also have a questionnaire to fill out regarding your personality, if you get to that point make sure you don’t select anything regarding being a “creative” type if you want the job.
very simple short and to the point. it was only 12 questions and its a recording of yourself answering questions that they have out . you get like 2 or 3 mins to answer them

Interview
It was an open setting at a hotel lobby they had everyone who was interviewing at that time to wait in a line until they call us. once called we sat down with like a panel of two people interviewed. The process wasn’t bad went by pretty fast.
