Simple application process. Was referred and submitted my resume via email. Has a 45 minute interview at the office with two UWs and the UW Supervisor, and was offered the position within the next week.

Question 1
Easy questions to guage interest, knowledge and personality type. They wanted driven and marketable people. Asked a few, "Tell us about a time..." based questions.
