A recruiter reached out to set up a quick screening call. I shared my availability and used the link they provided to schedule the meeting. They sent a Teams invite for the agreed time, but I waited the entire duration of the meeting, and no one showed up. I attempted to contact them via email during and after the meeting, but received no reply. This was extremely unprofessional, and reflects poorly on the company's communication and respect for candidates' time. It raises concerns about how they value potential employees.
