There was an initial screening, then follow up interview with same person, then personality test, and finally the roleplay. Uses personality test to determine if the candidate would move onto the next round which was weird.
Intro call with hr basic get to know you questions, 2nd call with sales manager, 3rd call with owner and had pitch something and try to sell them. It was a normal sales job interview process.
Long interview process, multiple rounds focused on background, current role, and how you’d add value. Conversational but thorough. Expect repetition across interviews and consistent questions on experience and whether or not you're a fit.
