I was interviewed by the director of education. She was bright and had the education to be in the position she was in. She left as soon as she could because she has ethics.

It was easy. They were desperate. Hired on the spot. I started the very next day. My references or background were not checked. No tough questions were asked. Interview lasted about 20mins.
