Flexible with scheduling an interview via Skype. If you have good communication skills and are sociable, it should not be a problem to get a position. This is a process that is driven towards sales, so strong verbal communication is a plus.

First, you will have a phone interview with HR. Then, you will have a virtual interview with HR. Next, you will have a virtual interview with the clinic manager for your location. If that goes well, you should get an offer fairly quickly.

It was out of state for me. I did a pre interview screening, then I did a video interview with the hiring manager. I was offered the position, despite living in a different state at the time.
