Interview was pretty standard and simple. Didn't take long from application to interview. There is a one week training that you have to pass in San Antonio but it was fun
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at United Allergy Services (Chattanooga, TN)
Interview
I applied on January 10th, and received a call from a recruiter in Texas within the hour. She then sent me their official job application and a personality questionnaire to fill out. A few days after completing these documents, I was sent an invitation to do a recorded interview where you film yourself answering pre recorded questions. I completed this, and in a few more days received another call from the recruiter, who set up an in person interview with the Account Manager for 2/1. I interviewed with the Account Manager that Thursday and received a job offer the following Monday. After accepting the job offer, I was then sent a hefty amount of documentation to complete, had to do a drug test, background check and get CPR certified. I finally shadowed this past week on Wednesday - Friday. Tomorrow, I’m flying out to Texas for training. Everyone has been so helpful throughout this whole process, and I have never felt more welcomed into a company. I am excited to see where this takes me.
