Went through a phone screen and two rounds of interviews. The recruiter was very friendly. The panel was intimidating. Brush up on your science. They want to know if you are able to communicate well with scientists and communicate the benefits of the research to other companies and stakeholders.

Excellent interview process with highly responsive recruiter. Three interviews with director level and above after the recruiter interview. The recruiter kept me informed at every step in the process. Interview questions were very standard for project management.

Initial call with HR/ recruitment. Followed by a 2h general interview question and answer section , CV overview and short presentation on a topic provided . Final call was another CV overview with snr leadership. Overall good experience .

That was two months ago. I sent two follow up emails and then was never contacted again. Ghosted.
