The process was highly unprofessional, with inconsistent communication, lack of timely responses, and poor handling of candidate records. When I sought clarification on factual inconsistencies, the communication turned defensive and the accountability was shifted onto the candidate instead of acknowledging internal process gaps. Based on this experience, I would advise both candidates and HR professionals to exercise caution before associating with this firm, whether for job opportunities or recruitment partnerships. Professionalism is reflected not just in client servicing but also in how candidates are treated, and unfortunately this interaction fell far below expected standards.
