First a phone interview to ask simple questions, then an in-person to ask specific job related questions. Interviewed with 2 managers about the same positions in different areas. Followed by a tour and question about expected salary. Very friendly interview followed by a tour of the factory.

Interview
I was in contact with a Recruiter at first, but was given an interview with a team after about a week. There were three other people in the call, one of which would have been my direct superior had I been hired. The other two were nearby managers.
